论述了单音片传感器测量液体粘度的原理及结构特点,它是利用压电陶瓷的自激振动激励单音片在液体中振动,从而测得液体粘度。仪器同时配有温度传感器,可测得实时温度。该传感器与计算机配合使用时,即可成为一种高精度的液体粮度测量仪器。文中对仪器的测量数据进行了分析。这种仪器具有响应速度快、精度高、使用方便等特点,可广泛用于石油、化工、食品等领域。
The principle and structural characteristics of single-chip sensor for measuring liquid viscosity are discussed. It uses the self-excited vibration of the piezoelectric ceramic to stimulate the single chip to vibrate in the liquid to measure the liquid viscosity. The instrument is also equipped with temperature sensor, can measure the real-time temperature. When used in conjunction with a computer, the sensor can be used as a high precision liquid food level measuring instrument. The paper analyzes the measurement data of the instrument. This instrument has a response speed, high precision, easy to use and other characteristics, can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, food and other fields.
