1995年,一句“让我们做得更好”使荷兰飞利浦电子集团在中国市场上的知名度上升了18%,然而,近些年来飞利浦在欧盟市场上对中国企业反倾销的指控又使其在中国处于舆论追逐讨伐的旋涡之中。从2000年5月开始,飞利浦品牌形象大受负面影响,直接收入损失4000万元,间接损失无法估量。从1988年开始,在欧盟市场对中国彩电、彩管、传真机等行业提出反倾销调查中,飞利浦一直是主要的起诉方。目前彩电反倾销案尚未结束,在封杀中国节能灯的诉讼中,飞利浦又毫不犹豫地站了起来。中国的节能灯厂家最清楚飞利浦在这场诉讼中的角色。
In 1995, the phrase “let’s do a better job” raised the Dutch Philips Electronics Group’s reputation in the Chinese market by 18%. However, in recent years, the allegations made by Philips against Chinese enterprises in the European Union China is in the vortex of the pursuit of public opinion.
