用克山病病区粮饲养的第二代大鼠,在断乳后1—2周内其ECG有一致性改变:T波进行性增高。与Godwin报道缺硒大鼠特有的ECG改变一致。同时第二代血硒含量显著低于第一代。腹腔注射VC(250mg/只/天)六天后T波降低。但一次静注VC(125mg/只)后5分钟,在位心室肌细胞动作电位未见明显改变。上述结果提示:病区粮可使大鼠产生缺硒性变化;它对第二代大鼠的影响比对第一代明显;腹腔反复注射大剂量VC对这种缺硒性变化有有益影响。
Second-generation rats fed with Keshan disease ward had a consistent ECG change within 1-2 weeks after weaning: T-wave progression increased. Consistent with Godwin’s report of ECG-specific changes in selenium-deficient rats. At the same time the second generation of selenium content was significantly lower than the first generation. T wave decreased after six days of intraperitoneal injection of VC (250 mg / day / day). However, once intravenous injection of VC (125mg / only) 5 minutes after, there was no significant change in the action potential of ventricular myocytes. The above results suggest that: Ward grain can produce selenium deficiency changes in rats; its effect on the second generation of rats than the first generation of obvious; repeated intraperitoneal injection of large doses of VC on the selenium change have a beneficial effect.
