很多电力工程建设企业的生产活动都以项目的形式进行,如何对项目人员进行有效激励,进而改善和提高项目的工作绩效成为目前理论和实践研究的热点之一。电力工程建设项目人员的激励是个系统工程,要求对人的行为进行全过程的激励。本文结合激励理论和项目管理理论的观点,在对电力工程建设项目人员激励原则和激励因素分析的基础上,根据项目生命周期理论的特点,从项目的形成期、运行期和结束期三个阶段分析电力工程建设项目人员全过程激励。
Many power engineering construction enterprises’ production activities are carried out in the form of projects. It is one of the hot topics in theory and practice that how to effectively encourage project personnel so as to improve and enhance the project performance. Incentives for personnel in power engineering construction projects are systematic projects that require the entire process of human behavior to be motivated. Based on the analysis of motivation principle and motivation factors of power engineering construction project, according to the characteristics of project life cycle theory, this article analyzes the motivation principle and motivation factor of power engineering construction project from three aspects of project formation period, operation period and end period.
