《数学课程标准》的基本理念是“人人学有价值的数学;人人都能获得必需的数学;不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”。其核心理念是“促进学生全面、持续、和谐地发展”。这就要求我们的数学教学要面向全体学生,要满足不同程度学生的需求。数学学困生的转化,更是一项十分艰巨、复杂的工作。该如何平等的对待他们,让他们在学习中走出困境,昂首阔步?这是一个值得深思的问题。下面是笔者自己在教学工作中的几点具体做法。一、热情关心,耐心启发,唤起学
The basic idea of the Standard for Mathematical Curricula is “to learn everything valuable to mathematics; to obtain the necessary mathematics for all; to different development in mathematics for different people.” Its core philosophy is “To promote a comprehensive, sustained and harmonious development ”. This requires that our mathematics teaching should be for all students, to meet the needs of different levels of students. The transformation of students with math problems is even more a formidable and complicated task. How to deal with them equally and let them step out of their predicament in their studies and stride forward? This is a question worth pondering.
