随着市场化的深入,企业竞争越来越呈现出管理上的竞争。总结国内外成功企业的经验,除了需要拥有核心竞争力、广阔的市场、优良的产品品质、良好的企业形象之外,更需要的是要有优秀的管理团队。目前我国企业管理人员的培训蒸蒸日上,培训系统越来越完善,但是在具体环节上仍旧存在一些问题。本文针对目前我国国企高管培训中存在的问题进行分析,并总结出一些解决这些问题的建议,对目前我们的培训单位有一定的参考价值,可指引我们的培训之路向更优良的品质方向发展。
With the deepening of market-oriented, more and more enterprises compete in management competition. Summarize the experience of successful enterprises at home and abroad, in addition to the need to have the core competitiveness, a vast market, excellent product quality, good corporate image, but also need to have excellent management team. At present, the training of enterprise managers in our country is thriving and the training system is getting more and more perfect. However, there are still some problems in the concrete links. This article analyzes the existing problems in the training of state-owned executives in our country and summarizes some suggestions to solve these problems. It has certain reference value to our training units so that we can guide our training to a better quality direction .
