为了研究枸杞对应激损伤的保护作用,将90名参加夏季军训的战士分为3组:训练组、训练服枸杞组、对照组。结果训练组与对照组比较,丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。训练服枸杞组与对照组比较,MDA略有升高(P>0.05),SOD升高极为显著(P<0.001)。表明宁夏枸杞具有提高人体SOD活性,对应激损伤有一定保护作用。使枸杞强化于食品中,军用或民用均有一定实用价值。
In order to study the protective effect of earthworm on stress injury, 90 soldiers participating in summer military training were divided into 3 groups: training group, training service group, and control group. Results Compared with the control group, malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly increased in the training group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the control group, MDA slightly increased (P>0.05), and SOD increased significantly (P<0.001). It shows that Ningxia wolfberry has the function of increasing the activity of SOD in human body and has a protective effect on stress injury. To strengthen the food in food, military or civilian use has a certain practical value.
