随着生物科学和技术的飞速发展,加速了中学生物学课程内容的更新,同时也加大了生物学教学的难度,社会的发展也要求生物学教师要帮助学生去面对他们的现实生活,这些变化无疑使我们的生物学教师面临新的挑战和新的要求。生物教师不仅要理解新课程的理念,掌握一定的教育理论,还要具有多种教学技能,才能使生物课程标准的要求成为教师课堂中的教学行为。如何尽快地适应新课程的改革,笔者认为可以从以下三个方面着手准备。
With the rapid development of biological science and technology, the refreshment of middle school biology curriculum content has been accelerated, and the difficulty of biology teaching has also been increased. The development of society also requires that biology teachers help students face their real life. These changes will undoubtedly make our biology teachers face new challenges and new requirements. Biology teachers must not only understand the concept of the new curriculum, master certain educational theories, but also have a variety of teaching skills in order to make the requirements of the biological curriculum standards become teaching behavior in the teacher classroom. How to adapt to the reform of the new curriculum as soon as possible, the author believes that preparations can be made from the following three aspects.
