辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,具有教师和干部的双重身份。但是,目前很多高职院校,在辅导员的选、聘等方面还存在不少问题。当前高职生生源素养参差不齐、急剧下滑,但是高职院校需要良性发展,大学生思想政治工作是保障,需要领导层面高度重视辅导员队伍的建设,需要管理层充分理解辅导员队伍建设对于高职院校的重要意义,需要下大力气狠抓辅导员队伍建设。生源素养不断变化,有关辅导员队伍建设和大学生思想政治工作的研究将永远继续。 Counselors are an important part of teachers and management teams in colleges and universities, with the dual identities of teachers and cadres.
