电解车间排烟装置烟道灰的利用问题,早在1956年就开始研究,清扫电解系列排烟沟收集起来的烟道灰,均经浮选处理。在电解槽加工之后,将处理过的烟道灰加到氧化铝结壳上,并在下次加工电解槽时,将烟道灰打入电解质中,这并没有使电解工艺过程遭到破坏。但加工电解槽时,如果立即把含氧化铝的烟道灰加入电解质中,效果不好,因为其中所含沥青馏分燃烧,从而引起原料飞散。
