为了研究低强度相似材料性能与相似材料配比因素之间的关系,根据相似材料配比试验结果,确定了上横山矿床硅质页岩、含钒页岩和炭质页岩相似材料的合理配比,分别为8(37)、9(64)、10(37),通过双因素方差分析方法,重点分析相似材料配比因素中砂胶比和水膏比两个因素对低强度相似材料性能指标的影响。试验结果表明,砂胶比对相似材料的密度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量和泊松比均有高度显著影响;水膏比对材料的密度和弹性模量有高度显著影响,而对材料的泊松比影响不显著。通过双因素方差分析确定对低强度相似材料力学参数影响较显著的因素,进而控制相似材料参数,避免了选择低强度相似材料的误选、误判,有利于提高试验效率。
