教师关系教学效果优与劣,还关系教学目标的实现与否。鉴于对外汉语这门学科发展的需求,职业发展规划对于对外汉语教师是否能够快速提高对外汉语的教学水平是一个关键因素。对外汉语教师不仅需要提高自身的知识储备,而且要有终身化的国际思维和眼界,更要自觉完善执教能力。不仅如此,对外汉语教师要加强对国外语言文化的适应性,增强自身教学专业科学研究能力,把终身学习和终身研究作为教学本身的终极目标。另外,以人为中心的职业培训体系尤为重要。对外汉语教师专业发展现状分析并进行深入探讨,引发对外汉语教师职业发展理念的思考。
The teaching effect of teacher relationship is superior and inferior, but also the realization of the teaching goal. Given the demand for the development of Chinese as a foreign language, career development planning is a key factor for whether or not Chinese as a foreign language teacher can rapidly improve the teaching level of Chinese as a foreign language. Teachers of Chinese as a foreign language not only need to improve their own knowledge reserves, but also have lifelong international thinking and vision, but also conscientiously improve coaching skills.
