目的:采用糖尿病大、小鼠模型,观察降糖消脂片的降糖作用。方法:大鼠用链脲佐菌素iv造模(50 mg·kg-1)。小鼠用四氧嘧啶iv造模(90 mg.kg-1)。3 d后测血糖,筛选成模动物。大鼠分为7组,12只/组。连续ig降糖消脂片8,4,2 g·kg-1 8周,测定血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、胰高血糖素等指标。小鼠分为7组,14只/组。连续ig降糖消脂片10,5,2.5 g·kg-1 4周,测血糖。结果:糖尿病模型大鼠在连续ig 8周后,降糖消脂片各剂量组与模型组比较,血糖明显降低(P<0.05);高剂量组糖化血红蛋白、胰高血糖素明显下降(P<0.05),胰岛素水平有增高的趋势;胰腺病理结果显示:降糖消脂片高剂量组胰岛数目明显增多。糖尿病小鼠模型在连续ig 4周后,降糖消脂片高、中剂量组血糖明显降低(P<0.05~0.001)。结论:降糖消脂片对糖尿病大、小鼠均有明显降糖作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the hypoglycemic effect of Jiangtang Xiaozhi Tablet by using large and mouse models of diabetes mellitus. Methods: Rats were induced with streptozotocin iv (50 mg · kg-1). Mice were modelled with alloxan iv (90 mg.kg-1). Blood glucose was measured after 3 d, and the animals were screened. Rats were divided into 7 groups, 12 / group. Continuous ig hypoglycemic Xiaozhu 8,4,2 g · kg-1 8 weeks, determination of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, insulin, glucagon and other indicators. The mice were divided into 7 groups, 14 / group. Continuous ig hypoglycemic liposuction tablets 10,5,2.5 g · kg-1 4 weeks, measuring blood glucose. Results: After 8 weeks of continuous ig administration, the blood glucose of diabetic model group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.05), and the levels of HbA1c and glucagon of the diabetic model group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), insulin levels increased trend; pancreatic pathology results showed: hypoglycemic Xiaozhi high-dose group was significantly increased the number of islets. After 4 weeks of continuous ig, the blood glucose of high-dose and middle-dose diabetic hypoglycemic mice decreased significantly (P <0.05-0.001). Conclusion: Jiangtang Xiaozhi tablet has obvious hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats.
