目的 改炉灶降砷效果探讨 ,及时为防制煤烟型地方性砷中毒提供依据。方法 对燃煤污染区进行改炉灶前后环境及食物砷含量对比调查。结果 南川、武隆、彭水各点改炉灶前室内空气含砷量均值分别为 0 0 2 0、 0 0 3 1和0 0 18mg/m3 ,超过国家居住区大气砷标准 (0 0 0 3mg/m3 ) 5 0~ 9 3倍 ,经改炉灶后依次降低 76 8%、 82 4%和87 4% ,煤炕玉米、辣椒含砷量与自然干燥比较 ,经t检验 ,各点均差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 改炉灶降砷是防治煤烟型地方性砷中毒的有效方法之一
Aim To discuss the effect of arsenic reduction on arsenic reduction in a timely manner and to provide a basis for the prevention of endemic arsenic poisoning in time. Methods A comparative survey of environmental and food arsenic contents before and after changing stoves in coal-fired pollution area was conducted.
