空气中氮氧化物经三氧化格氧化管氧化成二氧化氮,二氧化氮被吸收于NaOH溶液中形成亚硝酸根离子,在甲酸介质中亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化甲基授银色反应有催化作用。本法测定亚硝酸根的线性范围为1.0~10.0μg/10ml,直线回归方程为Y=0.1471X+0.0322,检出限为1.0μg/10ml。方法简便、灵敏,可用于空气中氧氮化的测定。
Nitrogen oxides in air are oxidized to NO2 by oxidation tube of NO3, and NO2 is absorbed in NaOH solution to form nitrite ions. Catalysis of nitrite on the methylation of methyl bromide by potassium bromate is catalyzed by formic acid . The linear range of this method for determination of nitrite was 1.0-10.0μg / 10ml. The linear regression equation was Y = 0.1471X + 0.0322 with a detection limit of 1.0μg / 10ml. The method is simple and sensitive and can be used for the determination of oxynitride in the air.
