目的:探讨手术室洗手护士的学习方法,以提高护士手术配合的质量。方法:利用视频和图片对本科室5年内的护士进行教学。结果:通过这种教学法后,洗手护士的操作技术水平和手术配合能力较之前明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.5)。临床医生总体评价好,同事之间满意度提高,自身收获较大。结论:运用这种教学法,可以显著提高手术配合质量,使医护协同发展,手术配合默契。
Objective: To study the learning methods of operating room nurses in order to improve the quality of nurses’ operation. Methods: Use videos and pictures to teach undergraduate nurses for 5 years. Results: After this teaching method, the operation skill level and operative cooperation ability of hand-washing nurses were significantly higher than before (P <0.5). The overall evaluation of clinicians is good, the satisfaction among colleagues is improved, and their own gains are greater. Conclusion: The use of this teaching method can significantly improve the quality of surgical cooperation, synergistic development of health care, surgery with understanding.
