目的:建立测定车前草中高车前甙含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:以Nucleosil7C18(4.6×250mm,10μ)为分析柱,流动相为甲醇水(pH3.5,1.0mol/L)磷酸盐缓冲液(40∶55∶5);柱温45℃;检测波长:335nm;流速:1.0mL/min,采用面积外标法。结果:线性范围6.25×10-3~0.20μg,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.19%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于车前草中高车前甙含量测定。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determining the content of preharvest germanium in plantain. Methods: Nucleosil7C18 (4.6×250mm, 10μ) was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase was methanolwater(pH3.5, 1.0mol/L) phosphate buffer (40∶55∶5). Column temperature 45°C; detection wavelength: 335 nm; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, using area external standard method. Results: The linear range was 6.25×10-3~0.20μg. The average recovery was 100.8% and the RSD was 1.19% (n=9). Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of pretilaine in plantain.
