本文建立了利用调节水库改善河流水质的多目标决策模型。借助扰动约束的多目标动态规划法,求出了在满足水库和污水处理厂群的各项技术经济指标、河流水体的BOD_6和DO约束条件下,水库在枯水期及其它时期的最佳发电出力和放流量、计算期内水库发电量与污水处理厂群运行费用的非劣解集。实例研究表明了模型及其分析方法的可行性及通用性。为河流的水污染控制及防治规划提供了一切实可行的分析途径。
In this paper, a multi-objective decision-making model is proposed to improve the water quality of rivers by regulating reservoirs. Based on the multi-objective dynamic programming with disturbance constraints, the optimal power output of reservoirs during the dry season and other periods and the technical conditions of the reservoirs and wastewater treatment plants, and the constraints of BOD_6 and DO of river water bodies are obtained. Discharge flow, calculation of reservoir power generation and sewage treatment plant operating cost non-inferior set. The case study shows the feasibility and universality of the model and its analysis method. It provides all practical analysis methods for river water pollution control and prevention and control plan.
