With the advent of the Internet climax, more and more consumers choose online shopping, leading to an upward trend in the development of online shopping in China. Due to the active Internet trading, it will bring out many legal issues. Due to the balance of multi-stakeholder relationships, the current regulation of online transactions is only in the exploratory stage. At the same time, relevant government departments lacks attention on the supervision and management of online transactions. Under the circumstance that our country has not made a special online consumer protection law, facing the great change from the traditional transaction mode to the new network transaction mode, from the substantial shopping to the virtual shopping, the legitimate rights and interests of the online consumers are often difficult to protect. In order to protect consumers in today’s online transactions, Wu Tingting, a faculty member of the School of Economics and Law at Liaoning University of Science and Technology, led us to form a group to study the consumer protection in Anshan’s online transactions.
