混龄教育是将年龄相差12个月以上的儿童编排在一个班级中,让不同年龄和发展水平的儿童身处同一环境中共同学习和生活。笔者所在学校目前没有呈现自然班混龄的现象,而是以混龄教育活动的方式呈现“同学不同龄”的混龄状态,给学生建立需要的同伴关系,并在活动中共同培育价值追求和志向。
Mixed-age education organizes children aged over 12 months in a class so that children of different ages and development levels can live and learn in the same environment. At present, the author’s school does not present the phenomenon of mixed classes in nature classes. Instead, it presents mixed-age situations in which students of different ages are mixed with mixed-age education activities, establishes necessary peer relationships among students, and jointly cultivates values in activities Pursuit and ambition.
