目的探讨肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）治疗老年癌症患者恶性胸水的有效率。方法应用癌症患者自体胸水的ＴＩＬ培养、扩增后产物经胸腔内输注治疗２１例老年人恶性胸水，每隔日１次，至少４次。结果２１例经治疗后，胸水中淋巴细胞增加，肿瘤细胞逐渐减少，胸腔积液逐渐吸收，１个月后１９例达完全缓解和部分缓解，有效率为９０．５％。结论自体胸水ＴＩＬ可治疗恶性胸水，同时可提高老年癌症患者的免疫功能，对机体无毒副作用。
Objective To investigate the effective rate of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in elderly patients with cancer. Methods The TIL of autologous pleural effusion was cultured in cancer patients. 21 cases of malignant pleural effusion were treated by intrathoracic infusion of the amplified product, once every other day for at least 4 times. Results After treatment, the number of lymphocytes in pleural effusion increased, the number of tumor cells decreased and the pleural effusion gradually absorbed. After one month, 19 patients achieved complete remission and partial remission with an effective rate of 90.5%. Conclusion Self-pleural fluid TIL can treat malignant pleural effusion, and can improve the immune function of elderly cancer patients without toxic and side effects on the body.
