目前在我国的房地产品牌建设中,楼盘命名策略存在着许多误区和问题,本文有针对性地提出了相应的对策:首先要在品牌定位的指导下进行命名;其次要结合房地产品牌的特殊性进行命名;再次需要在品牌名称战略的指导下进行命名;最后还需要相关法律的正确引导。
At present, there are many misunderstandings and problems in the real estate naming strategy in our country’s real estate brand building.
