目的:研究杭州市上城区与富阳市副溶血性弧菌食物中毒株与不同流行株进行耐热溶血素基因分析。方法:采集可疑食物标本等104株进行副溶血性弧菌血清分型,对45株流行株应用PCR技术对TDH和TRH检测。结果:富阳市1997年、1999年-2001年、2003年-2004年副溶血性弧菌以O1:K6、O3:K6、O4:K8三个血清型为食物中毒优势菌型;上城区2005年-2007年以O1型23株;O2型1株;O3型37株;O4型25株;O5型1株;O10型1株为食物中毒优势菌。用PCR技术对45株TDH和TRH进行检测结果 O1型16株,15株TDH阳性,1株TDH阴性;O3型9株TDH阳性;O4型20株,17株TDH阳性,3株TDH阴性。45株TRH1和TRH2全部阴性。结论:杭州市上城区与富阳市副溶血性弧菌所致食物中毒优势菌型以O1、O3、O4和O2、O5、O10血清型为主,能够为食物中毒疾病预防和流行病学调查提供依据。
Objective: To study the heat-resistant hemolysin gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning strains and different epidemic strains in Shangcheng District and Fuyang City of Hangzhou. Methods: Totally 104 suspicious food samples were collected for serotyping of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. PCR was used to detect TDH and TRH in 45 strains. Results: Three serotypes of O1: K6, O3: K6 and O4: K8 were the dominant strains of food poisoning in Fuyang City from 1997 to 1999, from 2001 to 2003 to 2004. In 2007, there were 23 strains of O1, 1 of O2, 37 of O3, 25 of O4, 1 of O5 and 1 of O10 as the predominant food poisoning bacteria. Twenty-five strains of TDH and TRH were detected by PCR. Totally 16 strains of O1, 15 TDH positive and 1 TDH were negative, 9 O3 TDH positive, 20 O4 20 TDH positive and 3 TDH negative. All 45 TRH1 and TRH2 were negative. Conclusion: The predominant strains of food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Shangcheng District and Fuyang City are mainly O1, O3, O4 and O2, O5 and O10 serotypes, which can provide food poisoning prevention and epidemiological investigation in accordance with.
