目的研究Livin和caspase-3蛋白在正常口腔黏膜、口腔白斑和口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达。方法免疫组化SP法检测正常口腔黏膜、口腔白斑和口腔鳞状细胞癌中Livin和caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果 Livin蛋白在正常口腔黏膜、口腔白斑和口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达率为20%、33.33%和86.49%;caspase-3蛋白在正常口腔黏膜、口腔白斑和口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达率为100%、83.33%和43.24%;caspase-3蛋白表达与livin蛋白表达有明显的负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 Caspase-3的缺失和Livin的高表达与口腔白斑癌变的发生发展相关,两者联合检测有助于早期识别口腔白斑癌变。
Objective To study the expression of Livin and caspase-3 protein in normal oral mucosa, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Livin and caspase-3 protein in normal oral mucosa, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rates of Livin protein in normal oral mucosa, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma were 20%, 33.33% and 86.49%, respectively. The expression of caspase-3 protein in normal oral mucosa, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma The rates were 100%, 83.33% and 43.24%, respectively. There was a significant negative correlation between the expression of caspase-3 protein and livin protein (P <0.05). Conclusions The loss of Caspase-3 and the high expression of Livin are associated with the occurrence and development of oral leukoplakia. The combined detection of Caspase-3 and Livin may be helpful for the early identification of oral leukoplakia.
