我国出口蔬菜在香港市场的地位和形势,可以概括为:数量占绝对优势,质量较差,逐渐受外国蔬菜排挤。近年香港进口的蔬菜每年在32万至40万吨之间。其中来自我国内地的占绝大多数,但近年有逐渐减少的趋势。从数量计,由1982年的71.3%降至1985年的69%,从价值计,由1982年的61.5%降至1985年的57.6%,主要原因是我国出口输往香港的蔬菜质量较差,因而价格也较低。外国蔬菜乘机挤进香港市场,而且有逐渐增加的趋势.本文就影响出口蔬菜质量低的技术经济因素作一分析。
The status and situation of China’s export of vegetables in the Hong Kong market can be summed up as follows: The number is absolutely dominant and the quality is poor, and it is gradually being crowded out by foreign vegetables. In recent years, Hong Kong imports vegetables between 320,000 and 400,000 tons. Among them, the vast majority are from China’s interior, but there has been a gradual decrease in recent years. From quantitative measures, from 71.3% in 1982 to 69% in 1985, from value-based measures, from 61.5% in 1982 to 57.6% in 1985, mainly due to the poor quality of vegetables exported from China to Hong Kong. Therefore, the price is lower. Foreign vegetables have taken the opportunity to squeeze into the Hong Kong market, and there is a growing trend. This article analyzes the technical and economic factors that affect the low quality of exported vegetables.
