目的 观察高血压脑出血易出血区血管壁明胶酶A和明胶酶B的表达 ,以探讨基质金属蛋白酶在脑出血易出血区血管壁损伤中的作用。方法 应用自发性高血压卒中模型大鼠出血区脑血管与未发病的高血压大鼠及对照组大鼠的脑血管比较 ,采用免疫组化方法分析其明胶酶A和明胶酶B的表达。结果 脑出血大鼠出血区血管壁比出血对侧及未发病的高血压大鼠的明胶酶A和明胶酶B表达明显增强 ,而对照组大鼠没有表达。结论 明胶酶A和明胶酶B的过度表达与易出血区的脑血管壁损伤出血有关 ,提示应用其抑制剂可以预防和减轻脑出血的发生。
Objective To observe the expression of gelatinase A and gelatinase B in the blood vessel wall of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage prone area to explore the role of matrix metalloproteinase in vascular wall injury in hemorrhage prone area of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Cerebral blood vessels in cerebral hemorrhage area of rats with hemorrhagic stroke in the spontaneous hypertensive stroke model and control group were compared. The expression of gelatinase A and gelatinase B was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results The hemorrhage area of cerebral hemorrhage rats showed a significant increase in the expression of gelatinase A and gelatinase B in the blood vessel wall than those in the contralateral and non-hemorrhaged hypertensive rats, but not in the control rats. Conclusion The overexpression of gelatinase A and gelatinase B is related to the hemorrhage of cerebrovascular wall injury in the hemorrhage area, suggesting that the use of its inhibitors can prevent and alleviate the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.
