基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP)是维持体内ECM稳定的重要酶系 ,黄斑变性的主要病理改变是玻璃膜和血管基底膜ECM正常的降解重建平衡发生改变 ,致使视网膜下产生新生血管导致视力丧失。本文主要综述与黄斑变性相关的MMP和TIMP在黄斑变性中的变化及作用。
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are important enzyme systems that maintain the stability of ECM in vivo. The main pathological change of macular degeneration is the normal balance of degradation and reconstruction of ECM in the basilar membrane and vascular basement membrane, resulting in the loss of vision caused by the neovascularization of the retina. This article reviews the changes and the role of MMP and TIMP in macular degeneration associated with macular degeneration.
