范围为配电自动化系统与配电地理信息系统之间的应用集成服务接口,具体包括对大数据量的整合过程,电网GIS系统和配电自动化系统都存在对电网模型的连接、拓扑关系的图形化描述。配电自动化系统侧重于电网运行设备的实时监控与方式调度,而电网GIS系统侧重于电网设备资产管理和空间信息描述和拓扑表达,在模型描述、建模粒度、管理方式均存在差异。在IEC61968/61970标准体系指导下,电网GIS系统和配电自动化系统使用CIM模型表达,进行电网数据交换。
