以TOP243Y为控制芯片构成的多路输出反激式开关电源,具有体积小、集成度高、功能强等优点,其中高频变压器的设计计算对多路输出开关电源的整体性能影响较大。在设计计算的基础上应用PI公司PIXls Designer 8软件对变压器参数进行优化可以达到提高电压准确度、减小纹波的效果。从实验数据和波形看出,该开关电源的稳压性、电磁兼容性均良好,达到了设计要求。
Multi-output flyback switching power supply with TOP243Y as control chip has the advantages of small size, high integration and strong function. The design and calculation of high-frequency transformer greatly affect the overall performance of multi-output switching power supply. In the design calculation based on the use of PIX’s PIXIS Designer 8 software to optimize the transformer parameters can improve the voltage accuracy and reduce the effect of ripple. From the experimental data and waveform shows that the switching power supply voltage regulator, electromagnetic compatibility are good, to meet the design requirements.
