本文从测量超声波在车轴材料中的衰减出发,研究了总衰减系数和其散射部分与车轴组织异态的相互关系:铁素体-珠光体钢组织的变化对超声波衰减影响很大,通过测量这些变化,对车轴的热处理质量评定是可行的。很多原因需要我们知道构件的内部组织,使我们能保证其强度和物理性能。本文着重介绍了超声波衰减变化在材料热处理和机械应变上的应用。车轴是铁路车辆最重要的构件之一:超声波衰减与车轴组织的关系已在文献[1、2]中得出,通过这种关系,可对车轴组织异态进行研究。
In this paper, the attenuation of ultrasonic attenuation in the axle material was measured. The relationship between the total attenuation coefficient, the scattering part and the axle structure was studied. The change of microstructure of the ferrite-pearlite steel had a great influence on the ultrasonic attenuation. Changes, the quality assessment of the axle heat treatment is feasible. There are many reasons why we need to know the internal structure of a component so that we can guarantee its strength and physical properties. This article highlights the application of ultrasonic attenuation changes in material heat treatment and mechanical strain. Axles are one of the most important components of railway vehicles: the relationship between ultrasonic attenuation and axle organization has been documented in [1,2], through which the axonal dysmorphism can be studied.
