本文报告92例乳腺原发癌和10例乳腺良性病变的标本用流动细胞测量仪测定DNA 染色体倍数水平的结果。发现乳腺良性细胞的DNA 为双倍体(2C),乳腺癌细胞在85例(92%)显示染色体倍数增多,介于2.1~5.4C 之间,均值为3.30C±0.93。在7例2C乳腺癌中,分化良好的异管癌和中度分化的异管癌各2例,管内癌、乳头状癌和粘液癌各1例。髓样癌染色体倍数最高(3.96C±0.68)。分化良好的异管癌、粘
In this paper, 92 cases of primary breast cancer and 10 cases of benign breast lesions were measured using flow cytometry to determine the chromosomal multiples of DNA. The DNA of benign breast cells was found to be diploid (2C). Breast cancer cells showed an increase in chromosome multiples of 85 (92%), ranging from 2.1 to 5.4C, with an average of 3.30C ± 0.93. Among the 7 cases of 2C breast cancer, 2 cases had well-differentiated and 2 cases of moderately differentiated ones, and 1 case had intraductal cancer, papillary carcinoma and mucinous carcinoma.
