用1,6-己二胺、间苯二胺、联苯四羧酸二酐为基本原料,通过改变1,6-己二胺和间苯二胺的不同物质的量的比例,在低温下进行缩聚反应合成一系列脂肪-芳香族聚酰亚胺。并用红外光谱表征其结构,用示差扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重(TG)研究聚酰亚胺的热稳定性,用电子万能材料试验机测其力学性能。结果表明:所得到的聚合物不仅具有较好的热稳定性和力学性能,同时也易于加工。
By using 1,6-hexanediamine, m-phenylenediamine and biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride as basic raw materials, by changing the ratio of the amount of different substances of 1,6-hexanediamine and m-phenylenediamine, Polycondensation reaction to synthesize a series of fat - aromatic polyimide. The structure of the polyimide was characterized by FTIR. The thermal stability of polyimide was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). The mechanical properties of the polyimide were measured by electronic universal testing machine. The results show that the obtained polymer not only has good thermal stability and mechanical properties, but also is easy to process.
