谈松曦是安徽省水利水电勘测设计院技术委员会副主任、高级工程师。这位老共产党员、老知识分子,40多年来走遍江淮大地,勤勤恳恳地工作,精益求精地对水利工程进行勘察设计,为安徽省的水利水电事业做出了重大贡献。曾先后被评为安徽省劳动模范、安徽省建设社会主义积极分子,1991年他又被批准领取了国务院颁发的《政府特殊津贴证书》。 About Song Xi Anhui Province Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute of Technology Committee deputy director, senior engineer.
