目的:筛选加速种子萌发的有效处理方法。方法:采用药剂处理、温汤浸种等方法处理秦艽种子,用统计学的方法比较不同处理间发芽率的差异。结果:恒温暗培养条件下,各处理间差异较大,用赤霉素处理的种子,发芽率较高,用NaHCO3溶液处理的种子发芽率次之;在室温条件下,各处理对发芽率影响差异较小。结论:在恒温暗培养条件下,赤霉素可以显著提高秦艽种子发芽率
Objective: To screen effective methods of accelerating seed germination. Methods: The seeds of Gentiana macrophylla were treated by the methods of chemical treatment and soaking in warm water, and the differences of germination rate among different treatments were compared by statistical methods. Results: Under the conditions of constant temperature and darkness, the differences among the treatments were significant. The seeds germinated with gibberellic acid had the higher germination rate and the seeds germinated with NaHCO3 solution took the second place. Under the room temperature, the germination rate was affected The difference is small. Conclusion: Under the conditions of constant temperature and darkness, gibberellin can significantly increase the seed germination rate of Gentiana macrophylla
