本文研究分析了向心式变矩器和离心式变矩器的不同特点,首次提出了多循环圆全液力传动在重型矿用汽车上的应用。根据矿用汽车的特点,设计了具有三个变矩器的全液力变速箱,通过不同变矩器的充、排油、满足汽车低速起动、爬坡、高速行驶、空档、倒车等各种工况对扭矩和转速的要求。与液力机械变速箱比较,全液力变速箱的优点是结构简单、使用寿命长、维修方便。缺点是高速时效率较低。台架试验的结果表明,在目前矿山道路条件下,这一设计完全可以满足汽车工况变化的要求。本文介绍了QYBX全液力变速箱的结构设计并给出了台架试验的结果
In this paper, the different characteristics of the centripetal torque converter and the centrifugal torque converter are analyzed. The application of multi-cycle full hydraulic power transmission to heavy mining vehicles is first proposed. According to the characteristics of mining vehicles, a full hydrodynamic transmission with three torque converters is designed. Through charging and discharging of different torque converters, it meets the requirements of low speed starting, climbing, high speed, neutral and reverse The working conditions of the torque and speed requirements. Compared with hydromechanical gearbox, the advantages of full hydraulic gearbox are simple structure, long service life and easy maintenance. The disadvantage is the low efficiency at high speed. The results of the bench test show that under the current mining road conditions, this design can fully meet the requirements of changes of the automobile working conditions.
