1948年,25岁的张虹因家庭出现变故,无奈将年幼的女儿江枫送给他人抚养;骨肉分离40余年后再次相聚,母女之间却难以挽回昔日的亲情。矛盾越积越深终于爆发,89岁的张虹一怒之下将女儿告上法庭,要求女儿履行赡养义务。2011年12月,法院经审理认为,江枫与养父母之间的事实收养关系成立,与生母张虹之间的权利义务关系已解除,一审判决驳回了张虹的诉讼请求。
