With the innovation of human resource management system of enterprises as the orientation and the practice of enterprise personnel training, we explore the effective ways to train the talents of enterprises so as to realize the good continuation of the new and old employees. In the new talent structure mode, we propose to use the human resources management System of new measures, new tools, new art, exploration of a talent development of innovative ideas to promote the development of business personnel echelon prospects so that the overall strength of enterprises significantly improved. Adopting policies to tilt, promoting the improvement of the talent system and creating an ecological environment for the growth of qualified personnel have made the talent a solid rock in the business economy and various indexed work.
