为了促进组织战略目标的实现,知识信息的传播可以提高行动效率,因此知识信息必须在全公司范围内进行整合。在家族式中小企业中家族角色、公司规模以及正式程序和体制的缺乏强烈地影响了学习和战略改变的程序。研究发现,组织的参与度越高,解释阶段就越有效率而且越容易;知识信息共享是家族成员的核心任务;塑造一个参与型的组织环境并鼓励变革是必要的;只有让经理和雇员真正地分级负责,才能实现从个体学习到组织学习的真正转变。
In order to promote the realization of the strategic goal of the organization, the dissemination of knowledge information can improve the operational efficiency, so the knowledge information must be integrated within the whole company. The lack of family roles, company size, and formal processes and institutions in family-owned SMEs strongly influenced the learning and strategic change process.
