[目的]探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉下人工流产术的护理措施。[方法]2008年1月～2009年9月,我院采用异丙酚静脉麻醉下行人工流产术189例,通过术前、术中、术后的精心护理。[结果]孕妇镇痛效果有效率100%,无人工流产综合征发生,平均手术时间(4.2±1.1)min,平均出血量为(18.42±5.16)ml,无其他不良反应及手术并发症发生,孕妇在生理和心理方面均得到很大改善。[结论]异丙酚静脉麻醉下行无痛人工流产术是一种无痛、安全、有效的人流方法。术前、术中和术后的精心、舒适护理是保障无痛人工流产术成功的关键。
[Objective] To explore the nursing measures of artificial abortion under propofol intravenous anesthesia. [Method] From January 2008 to September 2009, 189 cases of artificial abortion under propofol intravenous anesthesia were used in our hospital, and meticulous nursing before, during and after surgery. [Results] The analgesic effect of pregnant women was 100%, no artificial abortion syndrome occurred, the average operation time was (4.2 ± 1.1) min and the mean bleeding volume was (18.42 ± 5.16) ml. No other adverse reactions and complications occurred. Pregnant women both physically and mentally have been greatly improved. [Conclusion] Propofol is a painless, safe and effective method of human abortion under intravenous anesthesia. Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care, comfort and care to protect the painless abortion the key to success.
