低密度高温烧蚀防热涂层的研究(英文)

研究了低容重膨胀蛭石的制备、空心Al2O3-Si O2微球的表面改性和低密度烧蚀涂料的组成。以有机硅环氧树脂和酚醛树脂为成膜物,获得了密度达到了0.4~0.6g/cm3的低密度烧蚀涂层。对低密度烧蚀涂层进行力学、热力学、氧乙炔烧蚀性能的测试实验,结果为附着力在2.97~4.63MPa之间,导热系数不超过0.1kcal/(m·h·℃),线烧蚀率不超过0.30mm/s,质量烧蚀率在0.11~0.18mm/s之间。表明烧蚀涂层在密度得到大幅降低的同时,仍然保持了优良的理化和烧蚀性能。 The preparation of low-volume-weight expanded vermiculite, the surface modification of hollow Al2O3-Si O2 microspheres and the composition of low-density ablative coating were studied. With the organic silicon epoxy resin and phenolic resin as the film-forming material, a low-density ablative coating with a density of 0.4-0.6 g / cm3 was obtained. The experiments on the mechanics, thermodynamics and oxyacetylene ablation of the low density ablative coating were carried out. The results showed that the adhesion was between 2.97 ~ 4.63MPa, the thermal conductivity did not exceed 0.1kcal / (m · h · ℃) Erosion rate does not exceed 0.30mm / s, mass ablation rate between 0.11 ~ 0.18mm / s. It shows that the ablation coating still has excellent physicochemical and ablative properties while its density is greatly reduced.
