新课改提倡让学生真正成为课堂的主人,而学生成了主人之后,往往造成课堂秩序混乱,课堂进度拖拉,无法及时有效地完成一堂课的学习任务,导致学生的学习效率下降。笔者在长期的教学实践中形成了自己独特的教学理念:以小组为单位,由学生自主轮流讲课,以开放的对话方式完成教学。在这个过程中,教师预先构建科学、合理的课堂结构,严格控制时间和进度,做到以学生为主体,高效、有序地由学生和教师协作完成教学任务。
The new curriculum reform encourages students to truly become the masters of the classroom. However, after the students become the masters, they often cause chaos in the classroom and delays in the progress of the classroom, which can not complete the task of learning a lesson in a timely manner, resulting in a decrease in the learning efficiency of the students. In the long-term teaching practice, the author has formed his own unique teaching philosophy: taking the group as a unit, students give lectures by turns and finish the teaching with open dialogue. In this process, teachers pre-construct a scientific and reasonable classroom structure, strictly control the time and progress, so as to make the students as the main body, efficiently and orderly by the students and teachers to complete the teaching task.
