目的研究太赫兹波对正常小鼠和MG-63荷瘤小鼠活体的快速显像情况。方法利用华中科技大学武汉光电国家实验室连续太赫兹成像系统,进行正常小鼠和MG-63荷瘤小鼠活体的太赫兹波显像。结果正常小鼠心脏区域出现强烈吸收信号,活体MG-63荷瘤小鼠体内心脏区域和瘤体组织处均出现较强吸收信号。结论太赫兹波能对MG-63荷瘤小鼠活体体内恶性肿瘤组织特异性显像,可作为一种新的检测手段应用于临床。
Objective To study the terahertz wave in normal mice and MG-63 tumor-bearing mice live fast imaging. Methods The terahertz wave imaging of normal mice and MG-63 tumor-bearing mice was performed by the continuous terahertz imaging system of Wuhan National Laboratory of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Results The strong absorption signal appeared in the heart of normal mice, and strong absorption signal appeared in the heart area and tumor tissue of live MG-63 tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion Terahertz wave-specific imaging of malignant tumor in vivo in MG-63 tumor-bearing mice may be used as a new detection method in clinic.
