采用新戊二醇、三氯氧磷为原料,在超声场中合成了新戊二醇磷酰氯,采用超声波技术提高产品的产率。再将新戊二醇磷酰氯与苯并三氮唑反应生成一种新型膨胀型阻燃剂3-(5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧杂-2-磷杂环己基磷酰基)苯并三氮唑,通过对制得的产品结构进行了表征,测定了该阻燃剂的膨胀度,膨胀度ID为49.8cm~3/g。将阻燃剂应用于制备阻燃性聚丙烯,通过氧指数法考察了阻燃性聚丙烯的阻燃性能,氧指数(LOI)值为27.1。
Using neopentyl glycol and phosphorus oxychloride as raw materials, neopentyl glycol phosphorus oxychloride was synthesized in the ultrasonic field and the yield of the product was improved by using ultrasonic technology. Then neopentyl glycol phosphoryl chloride and benzotriazole reaction generated a new type of intumescent flame retardant 3- (5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-2-phosphacyclohexylphosphine Acyl) benzotriazole. The structure of the obtained product was characterized. The swelling degree of the flame retardant was measured. The swelling degree ID was 49.8cm ~ 3 / g. Flame retardant was used to prepare flame retardant polypropylene. The flame retardancy of flame retardant polypropylene was investigated by oxygen index method. The oxygen index (LOI) was 27.1.
