目的:探究品管圈管理在甲状腺外科手术管理中的应用效果,为加强手术患者管理提供参考。方法:杭州市第一人民医院自2013年5月将品管圈应用到甲状腺外科手术管理中,从实施前后收治的患者中各随机选取120例作为研究对象。对实施前后患者对护理工作的满意度、不良事件发生率与手术医生对术中护士配合的满意度进行比较分析。结果:实施品管圈之后患者对护理工作的满意度与手术医生对护士术中配合的满意度均较实施之前有了明显的提升(P<0.05)。实施之后护理不良事件发生率较之前有了明显的降低(P<0.05)。结论:在临床手术管理中应用品管圈能够有效提高手术室医护人员的团队意识,提高手术医生对护士术中配合的满意度与患者对护理工作的满意度,对于降低不良事件的发生有着重要意义。
Objective: To explore the application effect of quality control circle management in thyroid surgery management and provide reference for strengthening the management of surgical patients. Methods: First People’s Hospital of Hangzhou applied the quality control ring to the management of thyroid surgery since May 2013, and randomly selected 120 patients from before and after the implementation as the research object. Satisfaction of patients with nursing work before and after the implementation, the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of the surgeon with the operation of nurses in the comparative analysis. Results: Satisfaction of patients with nursing work and satisfaction of surgeons with nurses in operation after implementation of quality control circle were significantly improved (P <0.05). After the implementation of the incidence of adverse events was significantly reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of quality control ring in clinical operation management can effectively improve team awareness of operating room staff, improve satisfaction of surgeons with nurses’ operation and patient satisfaction with nursing work, and reduce the incidence of adverse events significance.
