For thousands of years, the public’s understanding of the role of teacher is “preaching, teaching, and doubts.” However, with the rapid updating of knowledge, students have diversified channels of knowledge. In modern society, the requirements of individual knowledge ability and quality are improved. The teacher can no longer adapt to the requirements of the times just as a knowledge disseminator. The role of teacher must happen. Fundamental changes can meet the needs of students and society to the maximum extent possible. Teachers play the role of manager and knowledge disseminator. The teacher’s leadership function mainly stimulates students’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity through communication and encouragement.
