前不久,山东省威海市劳动和社会保障局对去年底以来群众举报的劳动保障案件进行调查,调查发现私营企业、外资企业因劳动保障管理行为不够规范而引起的集体上访、罢工等突发性事件比去年同期增加了70%,私营外资企业的劳动保障管理行为亟待规范。一、集体上访、罢工等突发性事件基本分析去年底以来,该市共受理、查处群众举报、投诉劳动保障案件365起,涉及职工4115人次。其中,10人以上的集体上访和职工集体罢工、怠工等突发性事件152起,涉及职工3620人,分别占案件
