目的 探讨p53 、p16 、 Cyclin D1 表达与胃癌细胞增生状况的关系。方法 采用免疫组化 A B C 法检测58 例胃癌中p53 、p16 、 Cyclin D1 和 P C N A 的表达状况,并对 P C N A 免疫阳性细胞作半定量分析。结果 p53 、p16 、 Cyclin D1 阳性表达率分别为51 .7 % (30/58) 、48 .3 % (28/58) 、53 .4 % (31/58) ;p53 、 Cyclin D1 阳性组织中,单位面积 P C N A 阳性细胞数分别高于p53 、 Cyclin D1 阴性组织的 P C N A 阳性细胞数( P< 0 .05) ;p16 阴性组织的阳性 P C N A 细胞高于阳性p16 组织,但差异无显著性( P> 0 .05) 。结论 p53 、 Cyclin D1 高表达可能是胃癌细胞增生活跃的重要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p53, p16 and Cyclin D1 and the proliferation of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical A B C method was used to detect the expression of p53, p16, Cyclin D1 and PCNA in 58 cases of gastric cancer. Semi-quantitative analysis of P C N A immunopositive cells was performed. Results The positive expression rates of p53, p16 and Cyclin D1 were 51. 7 % (30/58), 48. 3% (28/58), 53. In 4% (31/58); p53 and Cyclin D1 positive tissues, the number of P C N A positive cells per unit area was higher than that of p C N A positive cells in p53 and Cyclin D1 negative tissues (P < 0.05). The positive P C N A cells in p16-negative tissue were higher than those in positive p16 tissue, but the difference was not significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of p53 and Cyclin D1 may be an important factor in the proliferation of gastric cancer cells.
