本文介绍一种在生理 pH 下用~(99m)Tc -高锝酸盐电解标记人免疫血清γ-球蛋白和兔抗金黄色葡萄球菌抗体的简易方法。用这种方法标记的蛋白质变性极少,生物学和免疫学性质保持不变,为临床用~(99m)Tc 标记自身抗体作闪烁照相、闪烁扫描发现感染性病灶提供了一个快速制备标记物的好方法。标记方法:在一无菌和无致热源的电解槽中放5毫升0.05NHCl 和2毫升(约60毫居里)~(99m)Tc
This article describes a simple method for the electroelution labeling of human immune serum γ-globulin and rabbit anti-Staphylococcus aureus antibodies with ~ (99m) Tc-pertechnetate at physiological pH. Proteins labeled by this method are minimally denatured, their biological and immunological properties remain unchanged, and scintigraphic images of clinically used ~ (99m) Tc-labeled autoantibodies are found. Scintigraphy revealed that the infectious lesions provided a rapid preparation of the marker good idea. Labeling Method: Place 5 ml of 0.05 N HCl and 2 ml (about 60 millicuries) ~ (99m) Tc in a sterile and non-pyrogenic cell
