在pH4~5的溶液中,4—(对—三甲铵苯基)卟啉(简称TAPP)与锌(Ⅱ)产生灵敏的显色反应,但其对比度偏小。曾有文献报导加入另一金属离子络合过量试剂,可移开试剂的吸收峰。本文研究了在pH9.0~11.5介质中TAPP与锌(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,并试验了将过量的试剂转变为Pb(Ⅱ)—TAPP络合物,制定出测定微量锌的光度法。实验结果表明,本体系具有更高的灵敏度(c=7.0×10~5),对比度及线性范围均较文献增大。采用阴离子交换分离后,本法有很高的选择性,用于铝合金中锌的测定,结果较为满意。
In pH4 ~ 5 solution, 4- (p - trimethylammonium phenyl) porphyrin (TAPP) and zinc (Ⅱ) produce a sensitive color reaction, but the contrast is small. It has been reported in the literature to add another complex metal ion complex reagent, the reagent can remove the absorption peak. In this paper, the color reaction conditions of TAPP with zinc (Ⅱ) in pH9.0 ~ 11.5 medium were studied and the excess reagent was converted into Pb (Ⅱ) -TAPP complex to develop a spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace zinc . Experimental results show that the system has higher sensitivity (c = 7.0 × 10 ~ 5), and the contrast and linear range are more than the literature. After the anion exchange separation, this method has a high selectivity for the determination of zinc in aluminum alloy, the results are more satisfactory.
