于23日至27日举行的“宇航界的奥林匹克盛会”——第64届国际宇航大会上,大会中国组委会副主席、中国航天科工集团公司董事长高红卫提出中国宇航事业未来发展的五方面设想。其中包括:研发可重复使用的天地往返运输系统。高红卫说,未来可重复使用的天地往返运输系统应该发挥航空飞行器与航天飞行器各自的优点,成为一种能够在稠密大气层、临近空间和地球低轨道之间往返飞行的新型空天飞行器,具有广阔的商业应用前景。
